Artists I Love . . .
I think I’ll do a section about artists whose work I love so much that I bought something and it’s in my little house. Where to begin, where to begin? It’s hard because I’ll go to someone’s site to find the art I bought and then I find myself shopping and browsing and not writing a post! But I’ll try. Okay, the last piece I bought was from Tracey Ann Finley. I stumbled onto her work on Etsy probly, and I totally LOVE the way her work jumps off the canvas with exuberance and happitude! So far I have two of her pieces, but I know I’m not done…
I love the colors on this piece, and the textures…the little chain that makes up the flower stem…the funny square face with a droll expression…the sweet words painted bravely on top of the background – I’d be afraid of messing up! Anyhoo, did I mention that I *LURRRVE* Tracey’s art?
